My research and conceptual axis in this work is resilience, empathy and the family, in it I talk about the pandemic from my experience, a member of my family was about to lose his life due to COVID 19, there are no words to express the anguishing moments that we live as a family, him, in an intensive care room alone, struggling between life and death and us outside in a waiting room for days and days, raising a prayer to heaven for him, to that long Waiting was added the suffocation of the "face mask" which was tattooed on our faces already marked by pain.

Marks of life and death, death that was present daily in that hospital, marks of uncertainty, marks that suffocate, marks that we will still carry for some time until this nightmare ends, marks that speak of how we lost our freedom, the importance of be resilient, at a time when the family, society, the world cannot return to normality and guarantee our security.
